Clients have pursued therapy with me to address a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, chronic illness, relationship problems and difficult life transitions.
Life can be overwhelming at times and you may feel stuck and uncertain as to how to move forward. I will help you reach a thorough understanding of what brings you in. Together, we will strive to understand how your struggles came about and how your present life is being impacted. We can then determine ways to use this new information to tailor therapy and meet your specific goals. Some examples of goals that individuals work towards in therapy include improving one’s mood, decreasing anxiety, identifying and changing negative relationship patterns, coping with a loss, and increasing self-knowledge and awareness.
